1. Definitions & Applicability

Each user may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are created, ta999 reserves the right to merge or close them.

3.2 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. ta999 will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at ta999 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). You must use the number or details registered to your account when making a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes, though some cases may take longer due to verification or banking delays.

ta999 may reject or delay any withdrawal request if there is suspicion of a fair play policy violation or if additional verification is required.

4.3 Transaction Limits

ta999 reserves the right to set or change transaction limits at any time. Any changes will be communicated on the platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available on your first deposit at ta999. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered.

5.3 Bonus Terms Details

• The bonus is applicable once per account.
• The bonus may only be used on games approved by ta999.
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• ta999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be forfeited.

6. Fair Play Policy

7. VIP Program & Rewards

ta999's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Moving to a higher tier increases the weekly cashback rate — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and 1.2% weekly cashback at Platinum.

ta999 reserves the right to change VIP tiers and benefits. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable.
